Beware of unethical billing practices. Made a VSP appointment, but was billed as medical, for which we have a high deductible plan. The staff is completely unreasonable and would make any adjustment. Terrible experience.
My daughter goes to school at Loyola. We live in Atlanta and all her doctors are here as well. She woke up with a terrible pain in her eye and we could not find any doctors that were open or willing to see her due to the COVID 19 issues. I reached out to Gulf South Eye and they let her come in to be seen and treated. I am very pleased with the care and grace they allowed us during this difficult time.
