I always buy my oil change kit from here, and I recently purchased some replacement parts for my FX Cruiser SVHO and the service/parts department is so easy to work with. Big thanks to Heather for putting up with all my random needs!

James in their service shop was a huge help. I plan to use them for warranty service.
Bought a NEW boat from them and it has been in shop going on 3 weeks because they can't get their crap together and "fix it" even tho it is an easy fix. Shouldn't have to fix a new boat in first place, and shouldnt have to wait 3 weeks to work on an issue with repeated excesses and passing the blame amongst themselves as to why it hasn't been touched yet. Pathetic.
