I used to go to this office for therapy. I realized very quickly that I was just a source of income for everyone involved and I did not matter not only as a patient, but Lisa in the office treated me as less than human. The therapists seem annoyed to meet for appointments. Its really turned me off of therapy all together.

I’ve been seeing Constance Reinhard at Gulf Shores Counselling Center for almost 2 years, and she is absolutely incredible. Connie has helped me not just personally, but professionally, with my hobbies, medically, and in my relationships—she truly takes a holistic approach. She’s always available when I need her, even outside regular hours, and I can call anytime if something comes up. The therapist was great, but the office organization was poor. I often scheduled the next appointment directly with the therapist at the end of sessions, because she encouraged it. Twice after doing this, the office manager Lisa would call me a few days before the appointment to tell me they'd double booked accidentally and had to cancel my appointment. She made it seem like she had to instruct me because I'd done something wrong.

I am so thankful to have been directed to Debra Segi-Kovach! Off the bat, Debra made me feel at ease and safe to share. Her calmness, compassion, and discernment has helped me immensely only after 3 sessions.
