It's wonderful to see such a business give to their patients freely and to top it off have great customer service. Ms. Vicki and Ms. Patricia in the front are always so patient and kind to help with billing questions, adjusting appts, whatever your needs are they are willing to go above and beyond what it takes to make the customer feel it's expectations and needs are being met. My daughter has been going there for a year. She's 11 and loves going there. They make her feel comfortable and the staff is so friendly, respectful, and helpful. I recommend for anyone needing an orthodontist especially if you have young kiddos.
My daughter has been going there for a few years, my son went a few times when he had braces due to his orthodontist retirement, the staff is wonderful make you feel very comfortable and not nervous at all. Very welcoming staff! I do miss the summer parties they used to organize when Dr Lamboy was there.
The staff was amazing from day 1. They treat you like family. Thank you to everyone at Gulf Shore now my son has a beautiful smile!!
I completely loved them up until my daughter broke a long wire after hours and though they stress on the answering machine only call after hours for a TRUE emergency, my daughter could not eat or drink with this broke wire. Over an hour has gone by and yet still the emergency tech has not called back.
We where referred to them by another orthodontist, who spoke highly of this group of people. We made an appointment at their Friendswood location. We where so pleased with the warm welcome, smily faces and care we received. Was able to meet and speak with Dr. Longwith and Dr. Guajardo, absolutely wonderful doctors. Vicky was very thorough explaining the whole treatment and financial agreement. I felt very comfortable bringing my children there. We signed a contract right away and can NOT wait to get stated.
I love Dr Guajardo and his entire staff. They always take amazing care of any patient that we send to them. Dr.G is kind, compassionate, and treats his patients with such a loving heart. He is smart and meticulous and pays so much attention to detail - what you definitely want in an orthodontist.
