Technician Tyler Bateman arrived at my home earlier than I expected tonight, and he promptly determined my A/C problem was the thermostat needed to be replaced. Tyler did a great job and explained the new thermostat's operation in detail to me. I am a senior with some physical limitations and on one of Tyler's trips to his truck, he kindly carried an old cumbersome vacuum cleaner to the curb as trash pickup is early tomorrow morning.
