Don’t move here unless you are prepared to deal with disrespectful, unprofessional, lazy asses who are not reliable, time efficient or even give a crap to sell you a property and allow you to move in without providing any of their job duties besides sitting behind a desk. Ever since Pam left the company and Linda Mitchell entered, it’s been nothing but chaotic, money stealing selfish people.
I would like to say that Bonnie Ard has been the best realtor that anyone could wish for because she has the patience of Job! My husband passed away and she stepped up with her many years of experience and guided me every step of the way in a very supportive manner to the end of the sale. I wouldn't want to work with any other agent and I highly recommend Bonnie Ard whole-heartedly!
Bonnie Ard was absolutely amazing. This was my first time buying a house and she was patient and answered every question, no matter how dumb. And she was always there even after hours or the weekend when I called. She is the person to call when you are ready to buy a house.
