When we entered the room the previous patients information was left on the screen. We were charged a copay for a follow up visit, never had to do that before. Never saw Dr. Lane just his P.A. On the follow up visit the nurse did not know why we were there, there were no notes on the chart of a follow up. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. Terrible experience.
I was turned away from my appointment due to a past due balance. At no time was I informed this would be an issue, I understand the reason behind it, but why waste my time and yours but not informing patients ahead of time. The receptionist at the counter was very unsympathetic. She didn't care one way or the other.
Dr Lane and his, PA- James Fisher are GREAT!!! If your body is like an old muscle car these two are the best body mechanics around!!! Both are very knowledgeable and can break anything down in layman's terms so I could understand. Very professional and best of all their bedside manner is impeccable. I will not go to anyone else!!
I had been with AOC for 10 years before they closed. I decided to go with Dr Lane at this location. Today (1/6/26) I had surgery. His concern, bedside manner, explanation of my procedure, even going a bit beyond what my insurance covered, grinding out bone spurs to give more comfort, is something I didn’t expect in today’s medical field services.
