Rich Johnson has sold me 3 boats now over a period of 20 years or so. A Carolina skiff J16, a 21 foot DLV skiff and recently an offshore boat. His service is impeccable. He is not only a good business man, but a great human being. He takes the time and makes the efforts before, during and after the sale to ensure you are taken care of. After hitting some debris in the water I was worried about how long it was going to take to get my boat back out on the water. I needed an entire lower unit installed. Gulf Marine had me all buttoned up and taken care of before my insurance company even had time to send me a check. I couldn’t be more happy with this service from start to finish!
