I was able to make an appointment and was seen as scheduled. They called the day before to not only confirm my appointment, but also to inform me of my copay. If I hadn't already known the cost, it would have been very beneficial to know this prior to the visit. Otherwise, I probably would've freaked out! The MRI tech was amazing. He tried to make me as comfortable as possible. He checked in on me several times while I was trying to hold my leg - which had been having spasms - as still as possible. The technician was very patient and understanding! I suffer from anxiety and pain. She helped to ease my fears and only did what I could handle.
