The nurses and aides are wonderful, they always take care of my mother and treat her right. Sure there are a few times when a mistake is made but that's every where, over all they are good and I like everyone there. My mother likes everyone there so far and that's what's important to me.
They always seem to be understaffed and don't respond quickly with the help button is pushed
