I rarely write about a company but it would not be Mapp Realty and Gulf Haven Villas on Siesta Key if we weren’t threatened in the monthly board report. These people love to talk about us when we aren’t around. They have been very rude to me, the president Pat Ryan has yelled at my children, and they have even threatened us legally only 4 times in the minutes and using our own dues to pay their lawyers.
