I’ve complained about the house behind me on 4300 dewey drive with has overgrown weeds and grass over 30 feet high for 2 years and nothing has been done and they refuse to answer my phone calls ! Seems to me it’s all about who you know and who you blow
A really nice HOA with reasonable yearly fees. Beautiful waterfront pool and tennis courts. The neighborhood always looks good, homeowners care about their property. Neighbors are very friendly and organize lots of activities.
