Horrible. I called looking for rent and they directed me to “rose”.from the very second she got in the phone she was very disrespectful.she started speaking to me like I was a little kid,I asked her to stop and she started laughing,someone in the background called her name and she told them to “hold on I’m on the phone with someone that says I’m disrespectful” then continued to laugh…. Very uncomfortable/unprofessional/and disrespectful.i heavily advice no one to rent from here
R Ortiz is lazy, rude and unprofessional. Apparently she considers sending an email too complicated of a task. You work in an office, sending emails for employment verification is a part of your responsibilities.
Lack of communication, rudeness, unresponsive..I should’ve read the reviews prior to renting from this company. By far the worst experience it’s like pulling teeth in getting someone over here to repair continuous issues and not sure I will refer anyone here.
Called and asked for a certain person and the lady that answered was extremely rude.. and hung up on me. Called back to ask for a supervisor and the same lady picked up and hung up.. Rude very rude would not do business with them since they can't even answer the phone
I am absolutely thrilled with my landlord GGH! They are hands down the best landlord I have ever had. Sam and Rose at the office are amazing - they are always so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that I am happy with my living situation. The maintenance staff is also fantastic, they are always prompt and courteous whenever I need something fixed.
