Very disappointed in their customer service. They installed a screened in porch but only after two years the screen door has major problems. After they told me they would be out in a month to repair it, they then told me they would not do the repair. I guess their client list is not important because they are only doing new builds. Buyer be ware.

I tried to have a patio screened in and initially company was accommodating and responsive. They had no problem taking a down payment yet work was continually postponed and then it got to the point of no one returning phone calls. I would NOT recommend using this business if you actually want work done. Took almost one year for them to decide not to do the work and refund payment. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

This company rebuilt our fence after Michael. Less than 3 years later at least 3 fence posts have rotted through and broken off. I have propped the fence up with 2x4s to keep it from falling over. My wife and I have both called numerous times to have someone come look at the fence and the lady who answers the phone says she will have them contact us to schedule an inspection.
