Called and asked if they could help me with a Ebike motor (only the wire needed to be soldered back together simple fix for them) and they said “well you solder it” or they could get a shovel and take it in the back yard and burry it

I bought 2 difficult to find motors from Bob and had them overnighted from Atlanta cheaper than I got from another bigger company...I won't be buying from the big guy anymore but just know Bob will treat you right and be fair doing it.
