This place is great ! The staff is kind and knowledgeable .They treated me as VIP; Customer service is on point. I will recommend family and friends to GCVC for their vision care!
I have been a patient at Gulf Coast Vision Center for several years. I have contact lenses and glasses and have a history of retinal tears. As a result, I am very picky and hypervigilant about my eye doctors and my eye care. I primarily see Dr. Reynolds but have also used Dr. Casey recently. Both doctors are thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and listen to you. I have always felt that I am getting great care here. They have also seen my daughter on short notice for an emergency within 30 minutes of me calling the office.... read more
Been going for years and I am done. Too many errors. Seems they can't get the perscriptipn right and that's their job. I have heard horror stories and won't be going back.
Horrible, was overcharged and even my insurance was overcharged. I have never had to pay that much, my exam alone costed what I normally pay for everything. Just bad and then the sales lady would not quit trying to sell me on buying from them. I will never ever ever go back to Gulf coast vision center ever again! Didn't want to even give it one star.
I order my glasses here every year and every year the delay for new frames and lenses is slow. This time it's been a week since I went in and did my exam and paid my fees. I call today 6 days later to find out they are just sending out the order. It's going to be another 7-12 days. Next year I'm going somewhere else, this is ridiculous
Gulf Coast Vision Center has fast pickup on their lenses that they have in stock. The tech that grinds the lenses was very helpful when my lenses got scratched. I highly recommend this company. Thanks, Darren Price
