This office is a total 10+ from the front staff to the tech to the Doctor WOW!!! Amazing!!!!
Something has definitely changed over the last year or so. Last year there was a totally different crew but there was a crew. When choosing glasses after our exam 2 weeks ago, it took well over an hour & 1/2 for the 1 optician to serve us and get out the door (and we had already decided on our frames). I asked her where everyone was, she said on vacation. We Had an appointment to pick up or glasses today at 10:30. Do not recommend, I took my 13 year old son to the Pace office for an eye exam due to him having trouble seeing the eye chart out of one eye at a physical appointment. It was determined that he had low vision in one eye which was expected, however I asked about him getting contacts because he plays sports and was told that contacts are a “luxury” and that he can start with glasses and then come back for contacts later (I’m a working mom with 4 kids and do not need to be dealing with more appointments than necessary).
