The Pace location has been so helpful in figuring out contacts for the first time. The staff has been great and the new front desk lady is super nice! I love going to this location and will continue to do so.

When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait for the receptionist, Ashley, to finish whatever she was doing on her cell phone. When she was done with her phone, she sat it down and asked me my name without ever looking up and acknowledging me. I then apologized and told her I had provided the wrong insurance and she seemed very annoyed by it. The highlight of my experience every time I’ve been to this location, is picking out glasses with Jaime. I appreciate her humor and her candid feedback. She really works with you to find the best glasses for your face type and works out the details of what your insurance will cover.
