Poorest customer service I have received at any eye glasses facility ever. They don't return calls and take 6+weeks to get you the correct glasses. Try to brush you off to new hires while the person that fitted me incorrectly sat and chatted with another employee. This is my last time going to this location I will not spend the large amount of money (almost $1000) to be treated like this. Wish I read this locations Google reviews before going in for services.

there crestview office dosen't have many glasses for men, the ones that they have are the same style just different sizes and colors,

Always great service with a smile
Walked in late on a Friday afternoon with a pair of broken glasses that had to be repaired in a hurry. Within 15 minutes I was out the door with my glasses fixed. Spacious, clean facility and a very friendly staff. It was my first visit....very impressive.
