the meter person isn't truthful he bills me $160.00 and everyone the same
I agree with what is said above. No online payment, no payments over the phone. Only mail in checks or walk-in payments. This company also has odd operating hours usually closing before 4pm. Never open on the weekends.
Their hours are not customer friendly. Majority of the population works till 5pm. No online payment option. No drop box for payments. Other than this issue everything else is great.
I agree with the other reviews. Also water bill is high compared to other providers.
