My husband was referred to Dr. Coronato by our PCP. A referral was sent to them. After two weeks, he had not been contacted. He called and there was no answer so he left a voice mail. Their recording said they would call back within 24 hours. Two days later, no one called. He left another message and still no call back. After moving to Florida, I needed to find a new urologist for an enlarged prostate condition I've been dealing with for the last 12 years. I got a referral from my general doctor to see Dr. Cornatto at Gulf Coast urology as he's part of the Millennium group. On my first visit, they found a trace of blood in my urine. Was scheduled for an appointment as a new patient at 2:30 with all the new patient paperwork filled out and printed out prior to the office visit as instructed. Once arrived at appointment time, front desk lady tells me to have a seat. 10 minutes later she tells me Doctor is not able to see me because it is now 0240 and i was suppose to be there at 2:00 for new patient paperwork (which was already at my hand and filled out). Anyways just wasted my time with front desk lady playing games with me.
