Spent 1.5 years there from 1.2009-9.2010 ... I have such mixed feelings. Being unable to get kicked out, Gulf Coast forces you to confront your issues, utilize positive coping skills, and work your treatment plan. It definitely made me into a better individual because of it. I loved my therapist and still maintain a relationship with them today as well as some fellow patients like myself. Hated it there too I got sent there from Delaware which made it worse father u were from home worse they made it for u. Food sucked so bad but I was there back in 2018-2019
