Gulfwave/ Gulf Coast installed a tankless water heater in my condo two years ago. When I went to flush the system: I noticed the flush valves were not installed. This requires breaking the connection and more clean-up. Since I had the flush kit out I offered to do my neighbors, which was also installed by gulfwave. However, their unit had the flush valves.
