Last week I was getting ready to have surgery on Monday. I was having spinal neck surgery. On Thursday afternoon a nurse left a message and said that she had to process me . She said she was going to leave at 2:30 p.m. She told me on the recording that she would call me the next day. No phone call. My insurance gives me cab service. I call them and told them I needed this spine surgery. They told me that I needed to call the day before therefore , they could not schedule a cab for money. My family member recently had a procedure done at Gulf Coast Surgical Suites. The experience couldn’t have been better for us. The staff made us very comfortable, they were very nice and knowledgeable. Every question we had was answered. The bedside manner by the surgeon was fantastic. Recovery has been great, we even got a call from the surgery center just to check in to make sure everything was alright. If you are considering surgery, I’d recommend Gulf Coast. They were great!
This facility is clean and modern. The staff was great and it felt like a well oiled machine. I highly recommended. Dr.Dupre is AMAZING
