Terrible! I had purchased from them years ago and had good experience. I guess things changed when management changed. This time I placed an order on-line. Received an automatic email confirmation that order was received (and my credit card was immediately debited). I waited a week for them to contact me. Emailed and got no reply. Had to call three times only to find out that the order was on hold because box of screws had to be special ordered (no mention of that on the ordering webpage).
