Very disappointed. I went with my teen; we were under the impression that it was specifically to try out a cpap. Beth was great! Engaging with my teen and even respected preferred name and pronouns. In the morning, I asked why a machine wasn't used. She said that my teen refused to roll onto their back. I asked my teen about it, and it was a misunderstanding. Some of the most disrespectful nurses and staff you'll meet. Go anywhere else
I recently took my 85 year old mother in for a sleep study and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Whitney was our tech for the study and was amazing with my elderly mom. Would recommend this facility to anyone.
Last evening I conducted a titration test to figure out my sleep issues. Had the pleasure of being treated by Christina. She was prompt, totally prepared and very informed about the many questions I had. Her confident nature made the process easy and one that I trust. If the business was smart it would invest in this fine employee.
