This business has no regard for people's time, they gave me a defective piece of equiptment (girls words were it looks broken but it isn't). This is a 45 minute drive each way, after I completed the test I had to take the equiptment back and was asked to wait to confirm it worked. I was then informed that it indeed was broken (what a surprise). They wanted me to repeat the test, but I was unable due to previous commitments. Very friendly
Sarah, the technician for my sleep study, was wonderful. Very kind and caring. I was not thrilled with the facility itself. The sleep study ended at 4:30 am. This is my 3rd sleep study in 20 years and I have never had a study end so early.
I do a lot of reviews and this place definitely deserves a review. There were some issues with getting my pre approval and I had to take care of that. I believe I spoke with Melissa and she was super helpful. Once I got my approval, she got me scheduled immediately. I went to my study on a Saturday at 7pm. Very disappointed. I went with my teen; we were under the impression that it was specifically to try out a cpap. Beth was great! Engaging with my teen and even respected preferred name and pronouns. In the morning, I asked why a machine wasn't used. She said that my teen refused to roll onto their back. I asked my teen about it, and it was a misunderstanding. Beth had asked "can you sleep on your back?" and my teen, groggy, interpreted it as "when you lie on your back, are you able to sleep" or "do you typically sleep on you... read more
