My husband and I had our shutters installed by Dillard Gulf Coast LLC, May 2025. The technicians did a wonderful job. However they taped an 8 x 11 envelope on our front window for the Santa Rosa County Blging Inspector, and told us not to remove it before the inspection is completed. That was May 2025. We installed a gate opener but couldn't get it to work properly, a call to the help line was no help. We found the Dillard Gulf Coast google search for gate openers and scheduled. Justin came, actually earlier than scheduled (notifying us via phone call) and quickly found the issue! A design flaw in the directions. He made the adjustment needed, we couldn't be happier with his service. He's truly an asset to the company. Thank you!
You guys need better drivers in the vans tailgating me blocking my view in intersections when he was in the wrong spot and swerving and speeding
I contacted Gulf Coast Shutter and scheduled them to service a automatic closer. They scheduled me for a Tuesday between 8 and 11 with instructions for the tech to notify me when he or she was on the way. I call their office at 12:00 and was told "he must have started working at panama city beach first and that they'd get in touch with the tech". BUYER BEWARE 🚩Great technician took care of my stuck shutter (it had come off track). However, the office swiping my credit card for $684 a day later without providing me with an invoice or communicating with me is somewhere between bad business and CRIMINAL (still haven’t heard a word from the office; it was my Amex push notifications that alerted me).
