I had no problems with this storage company until I vacated my units. I gave sufficient notice per the contract and vacated on the 5th of the month. I was paying for my units via an autopay on the credit card. They billed me for the following month AND for 10 prorated days in that same month. They said they would give the money back but then only gave part of it back - after 3 months of asking for it.
