I would give more stars if I could. I called them today because my boy has been having urinary issues and they squeezed me in to see him, I had never even been there before. He had to stay for hours for them to do tests on him. And finally I got some answers on whats going on with him. They care about their clients (not just the cats, but the cat parents too). Today was a very hard day and the staff made sure I was okay just as much as Louie was okay. Never taking my cats to another vet.
Exceptional vet and staff. First vet I've ever gone to where I genuinely felt the staff loved our animals as much as we do.
If you have cat, this the veterinary hospital to go to. I had taken my 10 yr diabetic cat to his regular vet. They diagnosed him, gave me some insulin and told me to come back in 2 weeks. After going back in 2 weeks, I was told to up his insulin and come back in 2 weeks. I knew there had to be more I could do. I search and found this vet. This was our first time taking our two rescue kittens to the Dr. This place is amazing. If you have a cat, this is definitely the place that you want. The doctor and staff are very nice and patient.
We had been taking our cat, Sofia Penelope, to another veterinarian for some time, but we were not getting answers or results regarding the issue with her eye. When we brought her here, because cats are their specialty, they immediately identified the problem. For now, Penelope is recovering, and we are very hopeful about her progress. The service has been excellent everyone has been kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and the facility was clean and well maintained.
