Dr. Plous is amazing! He is so personable and knowledgeable. He listens to your concerns and questions. He takes time to get to know you and remembers what you tell him. I didn't enjoy the procedures I had to go thru but he calms you and takes the time to you why they are so important. His staff is amazing! They get you in and out of the office with great precision and timing. I moved away from Florida and can no longer see him but I won't ever forget how genuine and caring he is! I was sent by my eye doctor to see Dr Plous about a concerning problem with my eye. The staff, I will name them since they were all wonderful, Dr Plous, Jill, Michele, Karen, James and Kim. They were empathetic, very personable, listened to me when I said what I needed and were so accommodating. I felt that I was in very good hands and the situation was without any stress. I cannot say enough how easy and comfortable this experience was and if anyone needs this kind of specialist, I would certainly recommend this facility.
