Yasmine was excellent
Never going back some staff are great but very end when the tech pulled the needle she pull it bad way and I have donated blood for a very long time it hurt really bad I will have to drive far. Not coming back
I am a huge fan of giving feedback to all companies, and especially when people do a great job. I want you to know that I have experienced excellent customer service at my Katy Location. A little about my background. I gave blood 20 + years ago, and then the FDA came out with a rule about the mad cow disease. I lived in England with my parents, and I was unable to give blood after the FDA decision. I found out that the FDA lifted this rule, so I checked out giving blood again. I had a great experience here today. It was my first time donating blood, and Abbigal was the one to draw blood. She was exceptionally professional and kind. When I got light-headed, she acted quickly to bring ice and put me into a comfortable position. She answered my questions with ease and looked very knowledgable. Looking forward for my next visit!
