Do not come here!! The last two times it’s been new trainees ..yesterday I donated , as I watched the man ahead of me pass out I thought nothing till my phlebotomist was acting nervous. I asked how long she’s done this and she tells me a year .nothing but complications .first she HIT A VEIN THAT HASNT BEEN EVER HIT . I’ve donated for over years over 30-40 time and why would she go for a different vein???!! Who’s watching this lady?!!! On two recent occasions I have been frustrated with long wait times and poor service when trying to donate blood. Staff is either overwhelmed or incompetent. I don’t blame them as both are symptoms of poor supervision and training. Good cause poor execution.
I wish they would get better employees. This was the 3rd time I've tried to donate but they couldn't get the vein.
Really great experience and nice welcoming staff who made Plasma donation painless. The staff went above and beyond and it really felt like a first class experience.
