LOVE this place. Today I was “that guy” walking in with no appointment, 10 minutes before closing time. Lydia said, “no problem,” and away we went. And as always, it was no problem. I donate regularly because I have polycythemia (thick blood), so donating is literally a health issue for me, and working 50 hours a week makes this a mandatory weekend deal. I've donated here and also volunteered here, and I loved it. This is a great location, and while technically there is one slightly closer to me, I just like this one so much I don't really want to go anywhere else. Very friendly staff and easy checking in and getting vitals done and everything else. I usually feel good after donating because I tend to be on top of hydration and everything, but there was one time I felt like crap (my fault lol) and the phlebotomists were very quick to help, and I still left feeling good.
Visited this location first time recently. Am an Asian with veins that are hard to find. When I mentioned it, the lady took extra care and consulted another person while finding the spot for the needle. The process was then painless and smooth. I was very happy with the visit.
Very comfortable and clean , thank you guys for adding the device testing iron in blood without needles, thank you Veronica for making my experience really great as Veronica injects the needle with ZERO pain, she is friendly and you feel that you are in a safe hand, I stayed for donating plasma and platelets 98 minutes never felt any pain from the needle never needed to adjust it, I am eager to come back as soon as possible, thank you Yasmeen, great team great professional friendly team, god bless you all guys , advice for g... read more
