I wish they would get better employees. This was the 3rd time I've tried to donate but they couldn't get the vein.
Really great experience and nice welcoming staff who made Plasma donation painless. The staff went above and beyond and it really felt like a first class experience.
I had a health situation with Gulf Coast Blood Center last year. The management resolved the situation. Thank you VICTORIA, DeKeitra, and Jeannette for stepping to make sure I was taken care of. They all possess excellent customer service skills, and are just super nice people! Thank you Gulf Coast Blood Center!
