I have been donating platelets and whole blood at this center for years - the staff is excellent! Each staff member is happy to help you in any way you may want or need. Martha was my screener and phlebotomist and made me feel very comfortable, gave me after donation instructions, plus Hannah had no problem when Martha needed to step away for a moment.
