We are out-of-towners, and have one property that has been managed by GCMG for 5 years. They have provided us with quality work for the entire time. Since our co do association has been with Gulfcoastrealty, their have been more Than responive when I have called their office . I would give them an A for service.
I have to change my review after two years of living in one of their rentals. While they did see to the many issues with the home, they will lie to you straight in the eyes, so watch out for that. At our paper signing, when I asked if the well system had been checked, Stefany looked me in the eyes - offended that I even asked - and said YES. Great company to deal with. They have been managing the rental of my condo for over 5 years. They have been responsive to requests from the tenant and have kept me informed every step of the way during repairs. I have been given personal cell phone numbers so I have complete access to the manager whenever I need it. Calls are returned in a timely manner and issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
