This company repeatedly said they would process a refund, but were very slow to do so. After contacting them five days in a row, it was finally taken care of. I think they were trying to wear me down so I would give up, but they said I could get a 100% refund and I was over two weeks before the deadline. No, this is the company that I had difficulty with. I just want to warn people to be careful when booking with you. It was frustrating and a big worry to me because I didn't want to be out over $1900. If you don't want your reputation tarnished, then tell your employees to take care of problems immediately. As I said before, I had to contact you 5 days in a row before it was finally taken care of. I won't name the employee because I don't want to get someone fired. Perhaps it was his first mistake.
