Gulf Coast Real Estate Management has been a great resource for several of my friends for available long term rentals. Chris and Cindy work with people to get them into a house for rent. Very friendly rental management company.
Don't count on this company to be punctual or professional when it comes to maintenance requests. I have tried to get in contact with them for a month with no response. I would not recommend doing business with them.
Cynthia is the best realtor in the Pensacola Florida area that I know. I Bought my home in 2015 with her assistance and can always count on her for anything when it comes to my home care needs even after all these years. She has all the answers and recommendations. And if you're planning to visit the area, take advantage of her AirB&B's. She will never disappoint you.
