First of all, I really miss Dr. Kapadia as he was one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Kind considerate and listen to you and helped but since then they have a new doctor there. Treated me horribly over the phone about a prescription that I absolutely needed. I was hollered at but never once did she say OK? I will send you the prescription again so you can breathe better.
The staff and the doctors and the nurse are wonderful wonderful people not ever in a rush the doctor listens to your complaints I genuinely cares about you was highly recommend
My first visit as a new patient. I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor to the schedular, it was a very pleasant experience.
Er nurses are very rude!
