Dishonest business practices with significant embellishment of charges including clearly fraudulent ones and shoddy services. If these are challenged they threaten collection services . Would recommend keeping property vacant rather than using Gulf Coast Property Management.

This situation surfaced when the Rental Manager contacted you about the water pressure at your property. At the time, an in-depth conversation was had and you gave approval for the plumber to go in and remedy the water pressure. None of these charges were fraudulent. This is the worst management company I have ever seen they will not answer your call when you calling to report a problem with the property. They do not fix anything on time but they make shore you know when you need to have there rent money and on top of that they charge 75 dollars a month for maintenance but don’t fix nothing wow really really piss the worst I in countered.

I have never in my numerous travels experienced so many issues with so many things in a short period of time. I rented a property from them for one month. The first day, I had to clean out the moldy coffee grinds, disinfect the utensil tray and wash all the dishes and utensils before using them. The house was not very clean, in fact there were bugs in the dishes in the cupboards. I had to buy a frying pan and a pot because the ones supplied were not fit to use. Nothing but a great experience renting a unit in River Strand through GCPM. I rented for 6 months and it was a smooth transition in and out. I would recommend them to others as they where very professional and reliable to me as a renter. I would use their services again in a heartbeat.
Before I share my experience with this company I want to say I never thought I would resort to taking the time of writing a bad review for any place and my intentions are in hope that this company improves in these areas and that other's looking for a rental are made aware and take caution before signing a lease with this company. Gulf Coast property management is dishonest and unreasonable. They withheld my security deposit $255.20 saying I left the place dirty. This is a total lie. I would never use this company and will let everyone I know to avoid them.
We were not refunded for the first nights stay we were unable to get into our rental property. We were told to go find a hotel for a family of 7 at 3:30 in the morning and the issue would be resolved the later that day. We were able to get into the rental later but after being assured that we would be taken care of we were only refunded for the hotel stay and not the actual night of the rental stay that we were not able to use.
