My husband and I have bought and sold over 10 homes in Florida, Ga, & NC. By far, GCPG is the most stressful, dishonest realty company we’ve ever dealt with. Alex loves to “ twist” the truth. Be careful. We told him we wouldn’t incur any add’l costs after the inspection came in, since we already took off 10k on the asking price of our home. (Thanks to Alex promoting a screen enclosure to the buyers at our cost.) He said “don’t worry, I’ll take care of it”.
