Office personnel and caretakers show commitment and compassion towards our loved ones; at the same time, treating the families with professionalism and care.
Poorly ran business who is supposed to offer care to the elderly and disabled. Yes the client is a cigarette smoker who only smokes outside. This was told and observed during the initial home visit. So you place a caretaker who after working 2 months decides they can’t handle the smell on the clothes. I get that however what I don’t get is why work 2 months then give us 2 days notice that she wants to quit our parent and for the reason that was always known up front.
