Patient beware. I am in good health and all I needed was an annual exam, blood work and a pap smear which is covered by my insurance for free. I made an appointment for that but when I got there was told that I had to have an initial appointment just to establish me as a patient and that I would have top pay a $50 deductible. Had a Tele Health Visit. The doctor forgot to mute the call during his review with Dr. Chase, and I heard EVERYTHING that was said. You should hear how they talk about patients behind their backs. I will never use them again! I've been a patient with them for over 7 years. Never again.There is no conitinuity as items are left out of records too. Horrible!
Very disappointed! Your front desk help was as rude as i have ever seen in the medical business! Got there early to fill out paperwork. Could not hear the lady behind the counter very well due to the fact that she wouldnt open the glass. Was asked if i had a mask. I said no ma’am and ask if it was required. She rolled her eyes and stormed off! There was a lady sitting in the waiting area with her mask below her face as she was coughing and hacking WITHOUT covering her face what so ever! RecommendedThe staff is quick and friendly and the doctors are intuitive. You get seen quickly at a level of care that is far superior to what you usually get at an urgent care facility. Doctor DeNapoles is exceptional. Also...clean pens! It sounds small but making sure every pen is disinfected after use is an attention to detail that should be present at all medical facilities. RecommendedMichele Lister is a sweetheart of a Doctor. Always upbeat and listens to your questions and always interested in how you are doing. I couldn’t ask for anyone better for my cardiologist. Said, she would see me in 3 months. BP was 110/80/63. I told her my heart races sometimes and I just say, calm down, that’s enough and it quiets down. I hope that’s nothing serious. Before I leave her office she checks me out thoroughly I feel great except my CRP is too high...Thanks Dr. Lister💞💞
It’s not a walk in clinic anymore. Can’t count on them. They need to change their sign out by the road.
