Had an appointment on Wednesday. Dr appointment was fine. But my RX’s weren’t called in. ( according to the lady at the front fast that I talked with on Thursday.) That was also when I found out that when I called before they closed the day before about my meds, that they stop answering the phones at 4:30 not 5:00. And I was given my RX’s in hand but not all of them and nothing could be done because the dr was out. So sick as a dog I go to the Pharmacy to find out that they gave me 2 of the same RX and another trip to there ... read more
Quick to get you in. Dr. Fountain is so amazing! He listens to my concerns and tries to be proactive rather than just reactive. He is very sincere and it shows how much he loves his job and his patients! Will never go anywhere else for general care so long as I can help it.
I just received another phone message from GCPP reminding me of an upcoming appointment. The message begins as follows: "This is an important message from your physician. To hear the message in English, please press one." At that point, I hang up. Why? This is the United States. The normal language spoken here is English.
