I have been using Gulfcoast Pediatrics for over a year and have always been pleased with the customer service, guidance offered, and care provided. We have been seen for a wide range of services, from wellness visits/physicals to same day sick appointments. Would recommend to others looking for a caring, reliable pediatrician that has always helped keep my children healthy.
Forcing 1/12 month old baby to take hepatitis B shots or don’t come back. The CDC no longer requires that vaccine anymore. I would not take my baby here!
They refuse to see any child who doesn't have vaccinations. Parent's and personal choice doesn't matter, NO DOCTOR FOR YOU!!
The worst customer service I have ever received, the receptionists do not look for a way to help you, they are very unprofessional. I tried to make an appointment 3 times for my newborn baby and it was not possible, it was problem after problem but never a solution. I do not know if the same will happen with the doctor, but my first impression when making an appointment was extremely bad. TRY ANOTHER LOCATION FIRST, NEVER GULF COAST PEDIATRICS
