Horrible people including the owner. Absolutely the most arrogant & rude individual. After waiting 30 days for orthotics that I thought were being made, I called the office to inquire the status. Evidently there was a problem but instead of trying to rectify the problem, he blamed everyone but his own staff. He would not listen to what I was trying to say---just talked over me. Then said he didn't have to deal with people like me and ultimately told me to take my business elsewhere. Hope one day he realizes patients are what... read more
