I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. Everyone here is amazing! The front desk ladies were incredibly sweet, and the staff were so fun. Special thanks to Dr. Scruggs, Ms. Cristina, and Ms. Veronica for taking such great care of me throughout the whole process. I’m a very anxious and nervous person , I have never been put under anesthesia so that’s what made so nervous but as soon as I was there the dental nurses were so kind to me and reassured me that it’s ok to be nervous , they made me feel comfortable and calm my nerves so much .Dr. Scruggs was so kind and respectful , he explained everything to me , it was honestly such an amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth out with them . Had an emergency with a severe infection spreading in my gums and tissue from a broken tooth and In a lot of pain. It came on quick and I was so nervous. Thankfully I was referred to the right place. Dr A. Scruggs and her team were absolutely wonderful. Compassionate, caring, empathetic and worked me in so fast to get the infection and tooth taken care of. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist/surgeon. I was very nervous after having a bad experience elsewherem but this was easy. I had extraction/bone graft today and everything was really smooth.
The office was very clean, and the ladies were very sweet. The doctor was honest, professional, and kind.
