Dr. Daniel Shehata does a very through exam! Is patience and answers any questions. Highly recommend!
I came in for contact lenses and had a great experience with Dr. Daniel Shehata. He was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my eye exam. He answered all my questions with patience and made the entire process feel comfortable and informative. His knowledge and approachable demeanor really stood out. I highly recommend Dr. Shehata to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring optometrist!
I called today to make an appointment, they had a slot available at 5:30 pm. They have a 5 min grace period. It was raining and there was a lot of traffic. I got there at 5:35 pm but as I was walking and looking at receptionist my iPhone clock switched to 5:36 pm. The receptionist Point Blank said we are canceling your appointment because we only have a five minute grace period. I went to this office in 2019 and had a great experience. Dr Kareem was great. He gave me some advice on a change in my eyewear that really made a difference. The office itself was super efficient. I went in one day, got the exam, my new contacts and left with my 6m supply ordered and on its way. I recommended them to several people. I returned today and unfortunately can't say the same. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I think they got my prescription wrong i've had my glasses for week now and i still have headaches. They refuse to give out the pupillary distance because they want you to buy over priced glasses from them. Don't even waist your time!
