We have come here several time, I have had several bad experiences. Once I was late by 2 mins past their courtesy cutoff time and the receptionist told me the doctor wouldn't see me, there was one person waiting to see the doctor. I drove 40 mins to get there and they forgot to tell me they have a cutoff. Meanwhile they make patients wait for hours. Today I asked for a pair of courtesy lenses for my child since the ones we ordered has not arrived ( order not from them this time) and was told no, their policy is not to give t... read more

I would stay away from this business. They messed up the grinding of my lenses for frame fitting. Then reordered lens, which was not straight for the trifocals. Got a refund and have wasted 3 weeks getting new lenses
