I received 5 text messages and a direct phone call from their office leading up to my appt. Stating 11:15 appt, and show up 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork. I wished I took a picture of their hackjob forms. I sat there from 11:00 till 11:35 looking at Dr. Toffoli doing nothing but playing on his phone.
