Loved the staff. My husband and I came in a few months ago and a girl was training. That same person was there today and she was knowledgeable, professional and cared about helping me. Really appreciate the service I received. We will be a customer as long as we live here!
Front staff very helpful but optometrist rude and in such a rush to get you out. My third exam there so certain things about my eyesight should be on file but he was rude enough to say I should have told him My first two experiences were great but this just tired of people being rude. I had such a positive experience with my exam and purchase of my new glasses. Plus, the competitive prices and they worked with my insurance to get the best deal. Truly appreciate their warranty option that lets me come in and get my glasses realigned, cleaned, and repaired for a whole year. Staff is friendly and helpful.
This has to be one of the most mismanaged businesses in UTC. I’ve had to reschedule my eye exam 2 times due to the lack of time management in this facility. Today was a second reschedule due to them making you wait an unacceptable amount of time in the waiting area when there is literally no one else waiting to be seen. Don’t bother coming here!! Go elsewhere!! Have an appointment?? Why!! You will still wait OVER AN HOUR to be seen!! Staff is unprofessional at best! Couldn’t figure out my insurance and had to have them call just get that right as they didn’t know there own system! Listen!! This will be my last time here and you should look elsewhere!!
