Horrible. Came 10 minutes late do to my tire. Anna the receptionist was anything but helpful. This place now has Dr Golden. Completely down hill. Stay away. Lack of customer service and professionalism.
Hidden fees. Highly Dont recommend.
Loved the staff. My husband and I came in a few months ago and a girl was training. That same person was there today and she was knowledgeable, professional and cared about helping me. Really appreciate the service I received. We will be a customer as long as we live here!
Front staff very helpful but optometrist rude and in such a rush to get you out. My third exam there so certain things about my eyesight should be on file but he was rude enough to say I should have told him My first two experiences were great but this just tired of people being rude. What's happened to customer service in America
I had such a positive experience with my exam and purchase of my new glasses. Plus, the competitive prices and they worked with my insurance to get the best deal. Truly appreciate their warranty option that lets me come in and get my glasses realigned, cleaned, and repaired for a whole year. Staff is friendly and helpful.
