This is the worst? Have tried a few dozen times to call billing to argue a charge, no one answers, can’t leave a msg. Called where I got glasses, says they can’t help. Paid at time of visit AND insurance coverage, got receipt. Now months later get a bill for “picture” of eye I told him I didn’t need because have opthomologist for eyes. Only wanted eyeglass exam to get glasses! He said part of “exam”. Now bill me for another $29 and can’t even speak to anyone! Don’t go there, go anywhere else!
