I thought office help was very nice, they seemed to professional! Doctor was very nice to me , I had a EMG test and she went over everything with me before leaving my appointment I do have orders for MRI and follow up ! Very Satisfied with the practice there
After receiving a referral from within gulf coast group I was put on hold for ten minutes to be told they are not taking new patients for six months. Rating matches the service.
My appointments were canceled by the office, rescheduled for a another date months later. And that appointment would be canceled too. This happened multiple times over a 3 year time frame. Now, the dr is gone and I need a new dr. The letter I received gave me no suggestions of anyone in the area accepting new patients. Very unprofessional
Simply the most unprofessional practice I have ever dealt with. My original appointment was November 2018 and was changed 3 times. Each phone call I received to cancel and reschedule was handled by office staff that was so flippant it was disgusting. A neurological appointment is a necessity, it is not for the sniffles or a rash, it is important.
