I understand the challenges involved with any medical provider. It can be difficult to balance all the moving parts and individuals involved in the process. Regardless of the challenges, most providers do a reasonably good job, at least most of the time. Gulf Coast has room for major improvement. Checked in 2 hours ago...still haven't been seen. Someone get them a better office manager.
Wish they had zero stars!!! This place is horrible. Need management that knows how to manage. I live 2 hours away...had to move my doctors appointment to see them...get here and they are an hour behind! Do you have a phone? You cant call? If I respect your time, I expect you to respect mine!!!
Had no issues at all, easiest MRI I've had done. Staff was great !
Great service, very polite. I was asked to arrive at 10 to fill out paperwork. My appointment was at 1030 I completed paperwork and CT scan done and on the road by 1030.
Terrible!!!!! Zero bedside manner whatsoever....and their IV skills need some serious work.
Super friendly staff, very efficient. They were all knowledgeable and walked us through what to expect prior to beginning the procedure. If the need ever arises, we will definitely return here.
