Zero starts for a billing service. Went to a lab, paid at the time of services with a credit card , received a bill a month later for the same service and amount. The billing department is impossible to reach - 1 hour on hold with no results. Based on previous reviews, this is an outgoing issue no one wants to correct.

Dr Whapshare @ Gulf Coast Medical Group off Venice Ave was not a good experience. Medical neglect is defined as "Conduct lacking in due care; carelessness; and a deviation from the standard of care that a reasonable person would use in a particular set of circumstances". Wikipedia says 27% of males will end up with a hernia. Not a rare condition. Both my NEW DR and the surgeon took one look and said "You have a hernia".
